To provide you with a seamless experience, our pricing structure is designed to be all-inclusive. When you select a processing tier, the fee you pay covers everything required to secure your Egypt e-Visa.

Where Does Your Money Go?
We want you to know exactly what happens the moment you click "Submit." Your payment is immediately put to work and allocated to two main areas:

Official Government Taxes and Fees: The majority of your payment is instantly transferred to the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Ministry of Interior) to cover your mandatory visa processing taxes and border security levies. We pay these official fees on your behalf in real-time.

Our Professional Service and Operations: The remainder of the fee covers our agency's comprehensive services. This includes our specialists manually verifying your passport details to prevent rejection, 24/7 customer support, secure data encryption, and the rapid submission of your documents.
2. Our Mutual Understanding on Refunds
Because we immediately pay the Egyptian government the required taxes to start your application, and because the Egyptian government does not issue refunds under any circumstances (even if an application is delayed or rejected), we are unable to recover those funds once they are sent.
As a result, we cannot offer refunds once your payment has been processed and your application has been submitted to the government systems.
We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided in the following common scenarios:

Government Rejection: If the Egyptian authorities deny your visa application for any administrative or security reason.

Change of Mind or Travel Plans: If your flight is canceled, delayed, or you decide not to travel to Egypt after we have processed your application.

Typos or Incorrect Information: If a visa is issued with errors because incorrect passport details were entered during the application process. (Please double-check your form before submitting!)
3. The "Priority VIP" Safety Net
We understand that visa rejections, while rare, can be frustrating. To offer our clients peace of mind, we created the Priority VIP Service (+30 USD).
If you upgrade to the Priority VIP tier and the Egyptian Government unexpectedly rejects your application, we will share the burden with you. You will receive a 50% discount on our agency service fee for your next re-application attempt.
(Please note: This acts as a discount for a future service to help you try again, rather than a cash refund. This benefit is exclusively available to Priority VIP members and does not apply to the Standard, Urgent, or Super Rush tiers).
4. Resolving Disputes Fairly and Amicably
We work hard to provide a valuable service, and we are always here to help if you encounter an issue. If you have a concern about your application, please contact our support team first rather than initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.
Why Chargebacks Are Harmful
When a bank chargeback is filed for a service that has already been rendered (and where government taxes have already been paid by us), it creates a severe financial loss for our small business. It is also legally considered an unjustified dispute.
To protect our operations, if an unjustified chargeback is initiated, we are obligated to submit comprehensive evidence to the banking institutions, including your digital consent, IP logs, and proof of government submission. Furthermore, unresolved payment disputes regarding government-related services may inadvertently flag your profile in international travel databases, potentially causing delays in your future international travel.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) About Your Payment
1. I just realized I made a mistake on my application. Can I cancel and get a refund?
Once you hit submit, our automated systems instantly pay the government fees on your behalf. Because the government does not return these fees, we cannot issue a refund. We highly encourage you to review your information carefully before applying. If you notice a mistake immediately after submitting, email us right away; if we catch it before it reaches the government portal, we will do our best to correct it at no extra cost.
2. My visa was rejected by the Egyptian Government. Why can't you refund me?
We completely understand the disappointment of a rejected visa. However, the fee you paid was already utilized to cover the mandatory government evaluation process and our administrative labor. The Egyptian Ministry of Interior charges for the processing of the application, not just for approved visas. Since they do not refund us, we cannot refund you.
3. Is my payment secure on your site?
